​Terms and Conditions​

1. Program Fee and Payment

The Program Fee will be invoiced by Alif Arts Consultancy and must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date.

Your place in the Program is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Alif Arts Consultancy reserves the right to refuse entry if payment is not made in full by the due date.

The Program Fee covers all costs directly related to the scheduled Program.

Payment can be made via the methods listed on your invoice. The issued invoice also serves as your tax receipt; no additional receipt will be provided.

If you have been awarded a scholarship, please refer to the payment arrangement outlined in your Letter of Offer.
2. Inclusions and Exclusions

The Program Fee includes access to all Program materials.

Participants will be granted access to relevant online resources and tools. Login credentials are strictly personal; sharing them with individuals outside the Program is prohibited.

Alif Arts Consultancy reserves the right to terminate access to online platforms if multiple users are found using the same login credentials.
3. Participation Requirements
To successfully complete and graduate from the Program, participants must:

Attend at least 80% of all scheduled sessions (measured by hours of attendance); and

Complete all assignments, deliverables, and Program requirements as specified by Alif Arts Consultancy.
Attendance and participation are essential to maintaining the integrity of the Program.
4. Withdrawal and Deferral
Withdrawal
-
If you wish to withdraw from the Program, you must notify Alif Arts Consultancy in writing (via email) as soon as possible.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
-
Withdrawals less than four (4) weeks before the Program start date: eligible for a 50% refund of the total Program Fee.

Withdrawals after the Program commences: no refund will be provided, as places are limited and non-transferable.

Exceptions may be considered in extenuating circumstances at Alif Arts Consultancy’s sole discretion.
Deferral

Participants may request to defer their enrollment by up to one year in case of extenuating circumstances.

Deferral requests are assessed at Alif Arts Consultancy’s sole discretion.

Participants must pay any fee difference between their original Program Fee and the fee applicable in the following year, before recommencing.

Deferral arrangements must be discussed and approved by the Program Manager.

Alif Arts Consultancy reserves the right to charge an administration fee of up to ₹10,000 + 18% GST to offset costs associated with deferral.

If your participation is funded by an employer, and your employment status changes before or during the Program, the funding entity (previous or new employer) must provide written confirmation of continued sponsorship.
5. Program Changes or Cancellation
While Alif Arts Consultancy will make every effort to deliver the Program as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, modify, or change the mode of delivery at our discretion.
Possible reasons include (but are not limited to):

Circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government action, strikes, pandemics, or security concerns).

Facilitator illness or unavailability.
If such changes occur, Alif Arts Consultancy will provide participants with as much advance notice as reasonably possible. Where feasible, Alif Arts Consultancy will aim to redesign or reschedule sessions rather than cancel them outright.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All Program materials—whether printed or digital—are protected by copyright and remain the property of Alif Arts Consultancy and/or Program facilitators.

Participants receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use these materials for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Reproduction, distribution, or sharing of Program materials with third parties is strictly prohibited without Alif Arts Consultancy's prior written consent.

Some sessions may be conducted under the Chatham House Rule, where participants may use the information shared but may not disclose the identity or affiliation of speakers or other participants.
7. General
Participation in the Performing Arts Management Course constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Alif Arts Consultancy reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any updates will be communicated to enrolled participants in writing.
